Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in the free consultation?
A 30-minute conversation where Dr. Rehorn reviews your current digital accessibility posture, helps you understand your compliance exposure, and recommends next steps. No sales pitch — just a practical assessment from someone who has managed the same types of projects and deliverables you produce.
Do you work with agencies outside Tennessee?
Yes. AOG’s primary focus is Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky, but ADA Title II applies to every state and local government entity in the country. AOG serves clients nationwide.
Can you work as a subcontractor on our DOT contract?
Absolutely. AOG’s WBE certification (and pending DBE certification) makes it an ideal specialty subcontractor on FHWA and FTA-funded contracts where diversity participation goals must be met. The founder’s CPSM certification and decades of AEC industry experience mean she understands teaming relationships and DOT procurement from the inside.
What if we just need PDF remediation, not a full audit?
That’s a common starting point, especially for AEC firms. AOG offers PDF Accessibility Conformance (PAC 2024) as a standalone service. Many client relationships start with a single batch of documents and grow from there.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements can begin within one to two weeks of agreement. For agencies responding to active DOJ inquiries or civil rights complaints, AOG offers expedited Corrective Action Plan support.
